This book is MORE than the telling of this couple's adventures...although the author is an expert at making you feel you are along on the trip! The book is also filled with great ideas, suggestions and what sort of equipment to have along, including spare parts and tools!The word pictures alone are worth the read...but real pictures would have been nice, too!A word to the wise...if you are thinking of making any or all of this trek, read the book with a pen and notebook nearby for note taking! I am going to read it again and do just that...including all the maps for those areas mentioned!Super book and wonderful personal stories!Thank you!!
